Litigation
We advise and act for clients in all New South Wales and Federal courts and tribunals, from complex litigation to smaller disputes, with extensive experience in contract, trade practices, property, trust, professional negligence and corporations law matters.
Our experience includes:
- Acting for manufacturers in defended claims for breach of contract and misleading or deceptive conduct;
- Acting for employers in relation to claims regarding confidential information and the enforcement of restraints of trade;
- Acting for commercial property owners in the enforcement of their rights against tenants; and
- Acting for company directors in relation to their directors’ duties.
Advisory
We provide commercial advice across a range of areas including supply of goods and services, commercial agreements and financial services.
Our experience includes:
- Drafting commercial terms and conditions;
- Advising in relation to service and supply agreements;
- Advising in relation to AFSL, authorised representative and other financial services obligations; and
- Personal Property Securities registration and enforcement.

Experience
Stephen’s previous experience includes work as research assistant to Justice Einstein in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, as a solicitor at a major national law firm and as a partner at two smaller commercial law firms.
This breadth of experience has given Stephen exposure to a wide range of commercial matters and a real appreciation of how critical it is to provide cost effective and commercial legal advice and solutions.
